General
The basics
What is Sentinel Core Vision?
It's a real-time AI computer-vision engine paired with a local tuning dashboard. It detects and tracks objects from your video feed, then sends native-input output through your hardware — and every stage is yours to tune from a clean browser interface.
Is my video feed sent anywhere?
No. The engine runs entirely on your own machine — your video feed never leaves your PC. The only network call is a lightweight check to the license server to confirm your subscription is active. There is no telemetry on your video feed.
What platforms and sources does it work with?
Because it works from a video feed and sends native input, it's input- and source-agnostic rather than hooked into any specific application. It runs on a Windows PC and reads whatever you capture, from any video source or a second PC.
Is it hard to set up?
No — most people are running in minutes. Install the launcher, paste your key, then pick your capture source and output device in Setup. The dashboard checks your system is ready and walks you through anything that's missing.
Setup & hardware
What you need to run it
What do I need to run it?
A Windows PC with a modern GPU (DirectML or NVIDIA), a capture source for your video feed, and a supported output device. The full system requirements live on the Downloads page.
What is a supported output device and do I need one?
A supported output device is a small hardware adapter that lets the engine send output that reads like native input — nothing is injected into your application itself. It's the recommended output path, so plan on having one in your setup.
Do I need a capture card?
You need some way to get your video feed into the PC. If your source is a console or a second machine, that's a capture card; if you're capturing the same PC, the built-in desktop capture handles it. Sentinel auto-selects the most suitable capture mode it finds.
Which GPUs work — DirectML or NVIDIA?
Both. NVIDIA cards use an accelerated path designed for low latency, and DirectML covers a wide range of modern AMD and Intel GPUs. The engine detects what you have and picks the fastest available provider automatically, with a safe fallback if needed.
Licensing & billing
Plans, keys & refunds
Monthly or lifetime — what's the difference?
Both unlock the complete engine and every update — there's no feature gate between them. Monthly bills each month and can be cancelled anytime; Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.
Can I cancel? Are refunds available?
Yes — you can cancel a monthly plan anytime and keep access until the period ends. For refunds, reach out through our Discord or the contact page and we'll sort it within the terms outlined in our refund policy.
How do I get my license key?
Your key is delivered the moment checkout completes. Paste it into the launcher and it activates in seconds — no waiting on manual approval.
Does my license bind to one PC — can I move it?
A key binds to the PC you activate it on so it can't be shared. If you change machines, you can move it — just reach out and we'll release the old binding so you can activate on the new system.
Using it
Tuning & day to day
How do I tune the feel?
Open the dashboard in your browser and start with the simple sliders — speed, smoothing, and stop strength get most people there. Advanced and developer surfaces are one tap away when you want finer control, and you can watch every change live. No config files to edit.
What is color fusion?
Color fusion is an optional layer that confirms objects by their color alongside the AI model. A live color scout ranks the colors in your frame so you can lock onto the object of interest and ignore an excluded color — the model and color confirm each other for a more reliable lock.
Can I swap detection models?
Yes. Models hot-swap from the dashboard without restarting the engine, so you can switch between speed- and accuracy-tuned models on the fly and compare them in real time.
Can I save profiles?
Absolutely. Save and load full profiles for different applications, sources, or sensitivities, and export or import your exact setup to back it up or share it.
