Billing questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from your license portal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, with no further charges.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn't working and we can't get it running on your setup, reach out in Discord and we'll make it right. Refund details are covered in our Refunds policy linked in the footer.

How do I get my key after paying?

Your license key is issued in seconds at checkout and emailed to you. Paste it into the launcher on first run — it binds to your PC and activates the engine right away.

Do I pay again for updates?

No. Every update — new tracking engines, models, and features — is included on both plans. Lifetime in particular is a single payment with no renewals, ever.

What payment methods are accepted?

Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, so all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We never see or store your card details.

Can I move my license to a new PC?

Yes. Your license binds to one machine at a time, but you can release it from the old PC and re-activate on a new one from your license portal. If you get stuck, Discord support can reset it.
